"Very nice hotel with excellent service. In the center of everything in American village including walking trails to the Chatan park and two small beaches. Great variety of food at breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestions are for stroller covers since it rains so much during the rainy season and to have the small 'diaper genie' for rooms with babies. The little diaper bucket does not contain the smell very well. "

"Very good hotel in prime location, a couple minutes walk from the famous Kokusai Dori where all the shops / restaurants are located. We stayed in the Ocean room with private onsen which was really great. Breakfast buffet was nice with a wide range of varieties. Drinks, ice cream & snacks were provided throughout out the day. Onsite stack parking was available. We will stay in this hotel again if in the area (would go for the private onsen)"

"What I Like: Walkable distance to monorail station, supermarket, dining options. 7-11 convenience store is right next door with ATM machine in the store. Even though staffs have limited English proficiency, they still tried very best to communicate. Our room was upgraded from Twin to Triple, which made our stay more comfortable.
