"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"Hotel und Restaurant sind sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Der Chef kümmerst sich individuell um seine Gäste, was ein gutes Gefühl ist. An unserem Hochzeitstag schmückte eine Kerze den Frühstückstisch und der Chef schenkte uns eine Flasche guten Weines."

"Room was extremely tiny with the smallest twin mattress I have ever seen. The toilet wall is so close to the toilet that a normal use is not possible unless one is a child I suppose. "

"Great location as it was close to Cranzahl. Room was nice but shower stall was tiny. Breakfast was great. We are from the states and no one spoke English. Somewhat understandable because of the area, but it did make it difficult to check in. Overall it was fine, but only stayed there because the Brettmüller was fully booked."
