"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. Any issue I had was addressed with kindness and high concern. The rooms were clean and the showers appeared newly installed. The staff helped me call many times for a taxi, given I did not speak their language which made navigating through the country much easier. I felt safe as two security guards were at the entrance upon entering or leaving. Searches at times were even conducted to ensure no weapons...

"I like every thing, specially the service i get at the cultural dinning room, their food is delicious, the music band is amezing.I stay 4 days and i never go to any hotel or restaurant.The rooms are neet,the housekeepers are very friendly, the shuttle service is on time. Finaly the management is wonderful, from the security guard to the manager they are working team work they help you when you park,take your luggage. "The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"
