"This was a great property to stay at. The location was right in the center of so many areas to visit for shopping and entertainment as well as eating. The Hotel is clean and well kept. The staff were happy, smiling and helpful. There was a shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles so it was great to park our vehicle and ride with staff who knew their way around. "Overall, the hotel was fine. My only complaint is that there was a loud, low mechanical buzzing noise that reverberated throughout the hotel and our room. It made it impossible to relax or sleep well. I don’t know if it came from the hotel’s HVAC, or the semi trucks outside. But it was uncomfortable to feel that sound all night. We were on the top floor, but I noticed the sound even when we came down for breakfast in the morning. "

"My family has stayed numerous times at the Elm Grove, Wva Super 8. It is clean and comfortable. The rates through Expedia for Super 8 are fantastic. We are on the go all day when in Wheeling to visit family, we just use the room to sleep. I cannot justify paying $100 more per night to stay at a nicer hotel such as Hampton Inn. I recommend Elm Grove, Wva Super 8 for great rates and comfortable stay. "
