The property and staff get five stars. Unfortunately there is a trucking company 10 ft away from the property. They made a lot of noise. Dropping and hooking trailers, and forklifts hitting the dock plate. That is my only concern with the property.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at in a few years. The manager the front desk staff and the lady that runs the food area is outstanding. Letters with their names will be emailed to the General manager. They were OUTSTANDING!

I did not like that it was the coldest temperatures on record for 30 years and the Hotel only had light Summer-type bedding on the beds. I asked for a thick blanket for the bed at night and the hotel staff informed me that there were not any available because they had given them all out to other guests. I would advise you to get more blankets or only allow 1-2 heavy blankets per room.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The bar could have a better set up. But Shana the bar tender was great. I had an early flight the next day and the shuttle service was very reliable.

The hotel was very convenient and reasonably priced. I was aware they didn’t provide complimentary breakfast but it’s still disappointing. The made to order breakfast I paid for was pretty good however but maybe slightly overpriced.

Avoid this hotel if you value your privacy and belongings. Housekeeping entered my room without my consent, and during my stay, my $400 watch and earrings went missing. This was a deeply unsettling experience.
