Parking was good as well as the view, that's where it stops. Check in process was nice and upbeat however checking out was not (verry rude). Room was dirty had big chips in the tile floor, holes in the wall and the wall had mud patch jobs (unfinished) air conditioner barley worked and when it did it was just a little cold. The celling had water stains and possible mold; the dirty shower floor was really dirty/ stained, caulked shower to a point it was everywhere. The shower handle required (I'm pretty strong) both hands to tun it on.

The front desk staff in the evening was kind but the person in the morning was having personal conversations while guests were waiting for assistance. The hotel is right across the street from a major amusement park but the amusement park was closed during the week. Many guests stayed there specifically for the park and were not able to go.
