"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."

"This apartment-hotel was in a great location for Strasbourg, and very walkable to the old town area by the cathedral, and the river. The suites were spacious and clean, and the front desk employees were very helpful. It's a little tricky following GPS to get to the front door in a car, because the road signs will make you think you're not allowed to go a certain direction down the street, but after we figured that out, we were fine. The parking garage for the lodging is actually one block...

"Our experience from start to finish was superb. Quick and easy check in, they even had a room ready for us early. The room was so spacious, clean & fresh. Their breakfast spread was worth every cent. So many options of delicious food. Literally something for everyone's palate. My boyfriend said this was the nicest hotel he's been. "This is a beautiful hotel near the heart of Strasbourg. The view from our room along the canal was from a postcard! We never ate at the hotel (the meals did look fantastic, although pricey) since there was so many lovely local restaurants within a 30 second to 5 minute walk. We did use the spa area (I love the steam room) and gym a couple times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area is very safe. If i had to nitpick for one improvement, the room got warm when we shut the windows (there can be a bit of noise a little late outside and early in the mornings) as the air-conditioning did not help much. Overall, this is a high end property that I definitely recommend."
