"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "Room was huge and comfy, sauna was awesome, staff were amazing. Only downside was the water in the room was not very warm so made for a bit of a chilly shower. "

"Clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location in the hearth of old town. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Onsite parking at the back of the hotel. We were not impressed with the breakfast, we went in for breakfast at 9 am, one hour before it ended, and they were already out of croissants. "

"A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy."

"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "
