In the heart of the resort of La Foux allos, at the foot of the ski slopes: for rent all seasons: 41m² apartment equipped for 8 people. Ideally located, this apartment offers two closed cabin areas with each 2 bunk beds, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher ...), living room with loft bed 2 beds + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets separated. Facing south, it offers a balcony with open views. A great asset of this apartment: it is located less than 30m from the snow front and the start of the slopes, at the foot of the shops. Ideal for families.

Bien mais pas top

Gros potentiel pour cet appartement extrêmement bien situé (à quelques mètres des pistes). Malheureusement il mériterait d'être fortement rafraichi. Les chaises sont cassés, une fuite dans la cuisine, des murs abimés, des matelas non adpatés et un clic clac très peu confortable.

MÉDIOCRE

APPARTEMENT NON ENTRETENU , sale , chaise cassé, canapé lit tissu taché d’aréoles blanchâtres 🤔 PROBLÈME DE PLOMBERIE identifié par les propriétaires la semaine avant notre arrivée et non réparé . Passer 1 semaine à vider régulièrement des sceaux d’eau sous l’évier ce n’est pas correct … pour le prix loué !

A fuir !!!

C'est vraiment dommage vacances gâché par la vétusté et l'insécurité du logement on a manqué de se blessé sur des chaises cassé, la baie vitré ne se ferme pas et laisse un jour d'environ 5 cm de chaque côté donc impossible de s'isoler du froir on a du dormir avec des chauffage électrique à fond je vous raconte même pas l'inconfort des nuits la literie es sale et pue et on se fracasse les os dessus les lit superposé sont dangereux ma fille est tombé du haut car matelas pas à la bonne dimension il dépasse du lit donc impossible d'accéder à l'échelle les prises sorte des murs le lit deux places du salon impossible d'y faire dormir quelqu'un dessus il es pas fixer au mur et menace de se renverser il es mal équipé pour 8 personne pas un seul plat pour cuisiner il faut demander au voisin on a du écourté notre séjour c'était impossible de rester plus et on est tous rentrer malade, et bien sur quand on envoie un message au proprio pour lui signaler ce qui est pour nous une arnaque car on a payer une semaine dans un endroit délabré et insalubre plus de réponse. Je pense qu'il devrait modifié son l'annonce en mentionnant que le logement est vétuste ou faire des travaux et changer le mobilier avant de louer donc je vous conseille pas du tout cette location. En espérant que notre mauvaise expérience profite au futur.....

Bon sejour

Bon séjour, appartement agréable pour 6 personnes. Même si quelques travaux de rénovation serait appréciables. 2 trousseaux de clés pour l'appartement mais un seul BiP pour la porte de l'immeuble ce qui est un peu juste pour 2 familles. Bonne communication avec le gérant.

Une étoile pour l’emplacement, pour ce qui est du reste appartement à fuir, mal entretenu et vétuste. Propriétaire très difficile à joindre. Équipements plus que sommaires pour 8, idéal pour 4. Un seul badge d’accès. Ampoules manquantes, prises défaillantes, mobilier endommagé.

Appartement bien placé et agencé, mais quelques points sont à revoir!

Appartement très bien situé au centre de la station avec accès très rapide au télésiège. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 8 personnes (2 WC, 2 salles de bains, couchages séparés, lave vaisselle, lave linge...). Cependant la literie des lits superposés est de très mauvaise qualité!!! Le propriétaire a quelques points à changer: ampoules, table basse et chaises cassées,... Et il fait une chaleur atroce dans l'appartement, chauffages éteints!!!! C'est dommage...
