"The apartments are located in more of a residential area and are remote from the town of Aguilas itself. There is a regular shuttle service. The complex looks well maintained, it has a nice big pool area but here and there has broken tiles and looks a bit shabby. The apartment was basic but very comfortable and suited our requirements. It had the basic kitchen bits and pieces. Seemed good value for money."

"We've just come back from the villa. 2 families with 3 children aged 9, 9 and 8. The villa is very closed to the beach which is a really long beach (6 kms I believe). Everything in the house was as we were expecting. The resort is very relaxing and family orientated. We felt really safe. Plenty of Chiringuitos to have a tapa and a drink!"

"Great property with lots of facilities. Everything we needed to cook was there. House itself is lovely. Little bit tired but I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Gardens do need a little TLC. Plants/bushes need a cut back. Pool area tiles are crumbling and stick to wet skin. Property agent fab. Alin was very attentive and ensured all our questions and requested were dealt with quickly. Thank you. "

"This is a lovely little villa in a quiet plaza with very nice gardens, next to the restaurant Los Conteros. Its within easy walking distance of Villaricous and the market square. It has a well equipped kitchen and when we stayed it was also well stocked with herbs and spices bought from the local market. "Richard's house was absolutely wonderful. The pictures can not really capture how great it is.The location is so peaceful and private and surrounded by so much beautiful nature. We only saw 1 other person on the beach during the whole week. We loved the traditional design of the house and all of the character that it has.
