"It was a pleasant stay after visiting Alnwick Gardens. The room was about average size but walk up on third floor. The room was clean and as usual air conditioning was provided by opening the window. Parking is available but not for the faint of heart if you are not used to driving in the UK. Would consider staying there again if we are ever in the area."

"We’ve just returned from 3 nights at East Lodge. What can I say other than wow! It’s a great little house, quirky and unique, in a really beautiful and remote setting. "Beautiful little cottage. Me and my husband took our dog away for a few days in January '25 and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was warm and spacious with a view of the garden. The kitchen had everything that you could need and the fire was great to settle down infront of after a long day exploring This was a good base for exploring Northumberland."
