5 bedroom, 1 studio apartment with a full size bed, 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathrooms ,kitchen in main house and kitchenette in studio, salt water pool, spa, hot tub , tennis court, basketball, play set, office, and fire pits on the porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view. All sports equipment for tennis and basketball provided along with yard games, shuffle board ,ping pong table, 2 cardio Equiptment, yoga mats , weights , Infrared sauna. Heating pool is is $65/per day Uv lighting installing in the Hvac system to help keep everyone healthy!

Also note:
Honesty’s the best policy. If we see more guests than registered/agreed to, it will be reported and stay terminated.
No big speakers outside anytime

Base rate includes first 6 guests then $50/person/ night over that (additional guest fees) TO INCLUDE DROP INS. they tend not to leave.

Suprise 80th birthday weekend
A total of 15 family members celebrated my Mother's 80th birthday at Thyme in the Pines. The age range was 12 to 80 and there were plenty of activities on the property to entertain the entire group. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. The decore is festive and added to the warm ombience. The first afternoon the house was chilly but Avery responded quickly and adjusted the thermostat and we were comfortable the rest of our stay. It was a magical time!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday with 13 family members. The house was fabulous ! Plenty of room, clean and activities for everyone. Beautiful property ! We highly recommend !!!

Wonderful family time!
The house was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds are huge. So much to enjoy including the pool, game room, tennis/basketball court. We enjoyed the house and all the amenities. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and had nice quality family time. Avery was a great host. Highly recommend! Great for all ages!

A Happy Spot for Everyone
Opportunity rich home. It has: a game room, a tennis court, basketball hoop, ping pong, swimming pool, children's games, teenage games, adult games. It has a children's playground. It offers beautiful mountain scenery. In our group (ages 3-65), everyone found something on the property that they love -- and a "happy spot." Avery (property manager) did everything in her power to accommodate us, and make any problems right. We were very pleased with all the activities, options, and spaces available for our individual tastes. This is a place we would happily come back to. It has something for everyone.

Beautiful property
We rented Thyme in the Pines for family and friends to gather during our son's wedding weekend. Property is large, and so much to do that we weren't able to take advantage of due to weather and time constraints. Would love to return someday.

Perfect weekend getaway - highly recommend!
I celebrated my milestone birthday at Thyme in the Pines with family and friends of all ages. The property was huge and had something fun for everyone - basketball/tennis court, game room, heated pool/jacuzzi, fire pits to roast s'mores, board games, a kid room with books and toys, a playground... and so much more! There was tons of space to accommodate everyone - lots of indoor/outdoor seating and lots of bedrooms and comfy beds to rest. Everything we needed was provided at the house, or if we needed to pick something up the store wasn't too far away. We had such a great time and hope to be back again soon. Thank you Avery for everything!

Celebrating our 50th Anniversary
Avery, We all loved the property, plenty of space for us, our children with their spouses, and the grandchildren. The kitchen was so big, we had 3 chefs cooking all the meals, including the Thanksgiving meal. We played tennis on the tennis court, table tennis, and the giant Jenga in the game room. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were an absolute hit. Avery, thank you for everything, we are happy. We wish you a happy 2023.

Amazing! This property is absolutely stunning. We want to come back so we can actually enjoy everything on it. We stayed here because I was getting married nearby and the host was more than accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing weekend. The house is wonderful and has everything you need! Great property
We had a great fun time for the adults and the kids. The property has everything one can ask for- so many activities and amenities, and overall, the kids enjoyed every minute of it. It was a great way to end the summer before the kids are ready to go back to school.

Relaxing get away
A family gathering of 14 stayed at this property for 5 days and loved all this house and property had to offer. We were vacationing in San Diego and spent the days out and about and headed here for the evenings to unwind and relax. We even cancelled a day of activities to stay home and enjoy the property. Everyone had a blast, from 4 years old to 65. The owner was in constant communication and all our needs were met. The house was comfortable, clean and had more activities than we had time. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting or if you want to unwind for a weekend.

Work away with friends
The property is absolutely gorgeous and very large. The pictures don't do it justice! We stayed here with 8 friends for a 9 day trip and had an incredible time. The property manager was very responsive. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool during our stay due to the cover being broken and the sauna also wasn't working either. However, the property manager sent someone to fix the pool later on. Overall, our stay was enjoyable despite a few snags.

What a beautiful property for a wedding. We had our dream wedding on the tennis court. The house was amazing and we look forward to celebrating our 1 year anniversary back again. The property manager and owner were very responsive and their hospitality was exceptional.

So Relaxing!
I was the only person in the group who grew up in SD, but I had never spent too much time in Alpine before - I was clearly missing out! Such a quiet, peaceful location. The place was something else. Plenty of room for a large group, and there were so many entertainment options that our two day stay wasn't enough. We had a few questions during our visit, but the host was super responsive and got us sorted out quickly. Overall, I would love to stay here again the next time I have a large group.

The whole experience was nothing short of exceptional. The grounds are beautifully kept and we took full advantage of the amenities. The house has ample room and the kitchen has a great open concept so cooking can be done easily. Everything was very clean and it seems like the owners take great pride in curating a great experience. The communication before and during our stay was amazing. Would book this again and again.

Large Property, Quiet area
A great place to stay in Alpine. Quiet with valley views from the front of the house. A large pool with a lot of space. The property extends downhill below the house with a lawn and tennis court, which we did not use. The spa heater was broken when we arrived, which was the only negative part of the stay. We were visited by a neighbor's large black dog, super friendly, so he received treats, fresh water and lots of attention. Communication with host (Avery) was quick and efficient. Definitely would come back to visit Alpine!

We stayed for a family reunion in the San Diego area. House had all the amenities and everything we needed. Loved the pool. Had some problems with water pressure, contacted owner, and problem was resolved in 2 hours. Beds very comfortable. Would stay at this location if I were you.

Family Staycation
We really enjoyed our stay at this Alpine gem in the hills. We enjoyed the pool day and night. We played tennis on Friday morning with my son and his girlfriend, great fun. Basketball net was ripped, but minor issue. We played 2 great wiffle ball games on the large grass area. The accomodations were really nice, comfortable beds, lots of space, workout room. Separate apartment was great for our teen boys, so they could have their own space. One bummer was the jacuzzi didn't work and the lights in the pool were out. Fire pits were nice last night as the night was winding down. It was nice to have plastic cups available for the pool area. Parking in the shade, right by the house was a huge bonus. Communication with the host was absolutely the best. Overall a great stay and look forward to returning and will recommend to all. Our Family had 10 people and we were really comfortable. Super quiet area too. Neighbors dog is super cool too, he wanted to play ball with us all. Thank you Avery for everything.

Was a wonderful quite peaceful place to spend my birthday. We are already planning are next trip to this location. They have several games for all ages. This was a very clean property, with mattress that compare to the Four Seasons and the Ritz! Lots of open space and plenty of room for all. The host was wonderful leaving great gifts for their guests and some fun backdrops for photos with the photo props they provide. Thanks again we are looking at dates now to book another stay.

Relaxing Oasis
We absolutely loved the home. The beds were all very comfortable. They had so many games in the backyard, including corn hole, connect 4, yard pong and more. There was so much to do at the property to keep all 8 guests occupied. We also enjoyed the tennis court, and they provided rackets and balls. The property manager was very good at communicating, and I could tell that the home owner and property manager put a lot of care into making sure my stay was enjoyable. They provided a cute birthday backdrop for taking photos and props!
