"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are historic but have been modernized, and are a special treat for folks from the USA who don't have regular access to this kind of special experience. Highly recommended!"

"Great little hotel perfect walking distance to the Christmas markets or anywhere in the old town of Colmar. Parking was easy on the side of the hotel. Easy check in and out, nice little lounge in the lobby. Overall it’s listed as a 4 star hotel but we give it 4+. "
