"We have stayed in this hotel 5 times so obviously enjoy the facilities abd location. However this time checkout was very slow and I was in line for 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help."

"The price was much too high for what you received. The bedrooms were tiny with no touches of "niceness". The breakfast was much too basic, and was a huge disappointment.
