"The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."

"Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist einwandfrei und auch sehr zuvorkommend! Lobend zu erwähnen ist auch die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Allerdings sind Möbel (Schlafcouch), Utensilien, Böden (Fliesen etc) schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist gut und für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt gute Busanbindungen in alle Richtungen "

The apartment was newly renovated and spacious enough for two families and making a nice base for vacation in Harz. "Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...
