Was having a big extension built and in the morning, we were woken up by someone doing pipe or elctrical work above our room, not best pleased at 8.15am in the morning. "Shocking! No reception to check you in despite it being 3pm, envelope left on stairs with room number! Breakfast was a joke, cereal, few bread buns and a menu offer to cook an egg and that was it!
