"Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Apartment is very clean and modern with a washer and dryer in the basement. Loved the blackout shutters, great water pressure and outstanding view of Neuschwanstein castle. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly with a lot of great walking/biking paths. "We are a family of 2 adults and 2 x teenage children. We stayed at the Villa for Christmas and we are so glad that we chose the lake rather than the town of Fussen. There are views of the alps from the lounge room and outside courtyard. It was wonderful waking up to the views of the lake.
