"Wir waren 5 Tage dort, 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder ( 8Monate, 4 Jahre). Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten was man mit Familie ( oder auch ohne) zu bieten hat. Für die Kinder ist an alles gedacht! Spielzeug, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl.. die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt und wenn man sich entspannen möchte kann man in die eigene Sauna gehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. "Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr freundlich empfangen, Frau Kadow hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Es gab auch noch ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist top. Die Lage ist einfach optimal wir waren in 10 Minuten mitten in Warnemünde, zum Strand war es vom Parkplatz auch nicht länger. Alles in Allem...

"Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich eher in der wasserabgewandten Region von Warnemünde. Sie hat weniger maritimen, eher den schicken Charme einer prenzelberger Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und für Hochpaterre überraschend ruhig - allerdings waren wir in der Nebensaison da. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die Promenade Am Strom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man allerdings gut 10 min. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."
