"We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund.
