"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

"The location is great! The check in was one hour later than stated so we had to hang around the hotel opposite for a couple of hours with our luggage. Also, it was difficult to communicate with the host as there was no English. The second bedroom is small and really only suitable for children. The host was very kind to allow us a late check out. TV did not work so we could not get Apple TV or Netflix working. Overall ok but could have been better."

Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und das Waldschwimmbad gleich neben dem Haus prächtig. Die Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht sehr angenehm. "Bright clean, well equipped, comfortable apartment with parking. Easy access to everything that Laax has to offer. Excellent communication with Dirk (the host). Was a great base for a week of skiing, only a few minutes to the lifts and the bars!"

"good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area....
