"This was our second Christmas spent at Andy’s cottage. Perfect size for the three of us. Kitchen has all of the essentials and is a lovely size looking out over the garden and fields. Shitterton is a lovely quiet hamlet with lovely period, thatched cottages.Most of our time was spent in the cosy, spacious living room with a fire roaring away. Lovely place and Andy is a great host and responds promptly to any questions."

"This is the third time I've been to the Hide and it never fails to impress. The hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect for trips out, and the Hide, itself, is perfect for a quiet retreat. "The cottage has all the facilities you might need, and the Welcome Box of goodies was a nice touch. The heating came on morning and evening and warmed the cottage very well. We didn't need to use the log fire. The Spar shop, located a minute's walk away, was very useful. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking about a holiday to short break in Dorset. "
