"Excellent hotel to stay at for Oktoberfest. The U Bahn is across the street and will get you to the festplatz very easily. The hotel itself is very luxurious, unique, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Munich!"

"The Sofitel Munich is an impressive hotel in a historic building, offering a wonderful experience overall. The room was superb, combining comfort and elegance. The Isa Bar in the hotel is a true highlight—cozy, welcoming, and with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the restaurant was a disappointment. "Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay for the Christmas markets. Located directly across the street from the main train station. Breakfast was amazing! We ate dinner at the hotel on Christmas Eve. It was delicious! Loved how the rooms are decorated. Beds were super comfy. "

"Fantastic rooms (highly recommend getting a balcony!), great little kitchen, super quiet, very friendly and helpful staff. Great neighborhood, not far train station (10-15 minute walk) with all kinds of Greek and Turkish restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and convenience stores all nearby. "During the checkin we requested a crib, they told us it will be sent to our room shortly. After 30 min it came, but it had dirty linen. We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "
