"Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold food. Staff were great. Location is close to train station and easy to get to main attractions. I felt safe walking alone to and from hotel in evenings though i was usually back to the hotel by 9pm. Trams run past hotel which light sleepers may hear."

"The service at the hotel, especially the front desk, was outstanding. My first day I arrived at about 11:30 am, due to the flight arrival time, but they allowed me to check in early. "This little hotel made for a very welcoming and comfortable stay in Munich. The room was bright and large with good temp control, and the beds were comfortable the bathroom large and well equipped. "We took the train from Salzburg to Munich and the train dropped us off 700 feet from hotel which was right next to one of three gates to the city. The location could not of been better. Extremely safe, walkable to cathedrals, glockenspiel, Christmas markets and old town tours. Highly recommend this hotel"
