"Location, location, location! Loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel with a lot of old charm and character. Anna, the front desk staff was very helpful with arranging our transportation from Naples to Amalfi and then to Positano. Another manager helped us after the check out with our luggage even up to the taxi as it was raining heavily. Very hospitable staff. Breakfast was fantastic and the view from the dining hall was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Christian was extremely helpful and responsive. The "90 steps" property was wonderful. The shower was the first, big, good water pressure, plenty of hot water shower I've had to date in Italy. The place has style, charm and it perfectly located in Amalfi. If you don't like the 90 steps then you probably won't like the Amalfi coast as every town is the land of stairs. "

"The location is great. The stairs are brutal with a suitcase, but I knew about that going in so I can't knock the place. The views for breakfast were great. Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30.
