Unwind in the spacious living room equipped with fast WiFi for streaming your favorite shows. With two cozy bedrooms and well-appointed bathrooms, this apartment provides a relaxing sanctuary for your stay in Amarillo.
Pet Policy: Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE PETS
They disclose a per day pet fee; which is fine and was agreed and was stated in the rental agreement. However after the rental agreement and everything was finalized I got an email that said there was a Pet Cleaning fee. The Pet Cleaning Fee was not in the VRBO fee details nor the rental agreement! For my 3 day stay it was very expensive. The total pet related charges were exorbitant! I would never had stayed there if that had been disclosed up front. FRAUD ALERT!

Our stay was great! Property was very clean and inviting. Only problem was figuring out which building the unit was in, but pretty sure that was operator error lol. Would definitely stay there again!
