"The hotel facilities are impressive. Cuernavaca is truly the city behind the walls. You would never expect the lush greenery within. The room was beautiful but old and having issues. The door was difficult to lock. The bathroom must have been recently upgraded as it was very flash. Sunday brunch was fantastic."

"Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. The staff is very nice and the rooms clean, restaurant is good and opens untill late."

"I went to Cuernavaca for an event. Someone recomended Aristos Hotel because it was near the event. The hotel is very beautiful but needs to have a renovation. The spaces, the service is excelent but the rooms are very old. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and the personel was very friendly."
