"The picture did not do this hotel justice. It was much more charming. We had the seven course dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delightful, artfully presented, wonderfully served, and in a great setting. We stumbled across this hotel when travel delays changed pur plans and we had to find a room fast. It was a great find on Expedia and one of the lodging highlights of our two weeks in France."

"Hôtel is in a great location for exploring Ambroise. Staff very obliging and rooms brand new, clean and comfortable. However as there was no air conditioning every room had their windows wide open day and night. Outside almost finished so still a few building noises and garden improvements to be made and for this reason we didn’t use the small swimming pool available."
