"We arrived very late due to travel complications, and the staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and allowed us to do a late check-out. They changed the whole cleaning pattern to allow us to stay a little bit longer than the normal check out time, and this allowed us to get some sleep and enjoy the fantastic shower in the room, as well as walk a little around the hotel, which is in a fantastic location. It is a great place to stay!"

"Great hotel, rooms were immaculate; clean really well furnished new, fabulous showers, comfortable beds, really good coffee machine in rooms, and great breakfast. Things to note: Checking was easy at a self checkin machine we only saw one member of staff at breakfast. This was not a problem for us. "We stayed in the economy room and it was quite uncomfortable, the mattress was a nightmare, the bed was very squeaky, the pillows were awful. We woke up both days with back pain. "Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."
