"All of the staff we met were friendly, courteous, and did their job completely. Food and rooms were excellent and our stay was better than we expected. "

"Walls were thin, could hear fighting/snoring/dog barking in other rooms, outdoor traffic. Breakfast was very good, one of the few highlights. Bed saggy. Key cards were incorrectly deactivated TWICE during a 5-night stay, necessitating extra trips to the Front Desk so we could get into our room. Housekeeping is NOT daily, as the hotel description says on Hotels.com; it was performed only after 3 nights (that seems like a rather long interval), and then it was incomplete (e.g., ice bucket was not emptied). While one could request needed items via a door hanger between housekeeping visits, we did not receive the items we specified. Bathroom sink was nearly clogged, emptied extremely slowly. BEWARE: there is a $15/nt. parking fee + tax that is not included in the Hotels.com pricing, although it is listed in the "At A Glance" section. "

"Although the facility appears fairly new, the shower water pressure was so poor. After reporting and maintenance repairing, the pressure was worse. Almost impossible to shower. We spent 2 nights and were told there is no daily housekeeping after our first day. "

"This is a totally charming hotel which is truly a bed and breakfast antique vibe. It is an old historic i nfull of rustic charm, a clean comfortable roo. With aur cinditioning in a prime downtown location. Being historic, it is "low tech" our bathroom facilities while functional wer unconventional. The claw foot tub doubling as a shower in the room. Overall if you are looking for modern amenities this is not for you but if you embrace a deep breath of fresh air, homey staff, a lovely breakfast with a beautiful courtyard and a cozy step back in time, it is absolutely delightful!!! We loved it!"
