"Pools and crater hot spring are wonderful. Loved the restaurant for dinner. Cozy. Rooms are spread across the grounds in small houses. Little hard to find in the dark and slippery in the ice and snow but room was worth the walk in the rain. Just know that you will need to walk a ways from the parking to find your building. Will be back for sure. "

"The hotel staff were friendly and kind and very patient. I got the room to keep track of my son and his gf for a few days so I would know where to find them to get them to court. They (son and gf) are, I hate to say it, the worst people on the planet, (I've learned this while babysitting them this past month)!! The staff there all deserve medals for what they went through during this stay! The room was clean when I checked those Tweedles in and as clean as I could get it with what I had when I checked them out. The price was great. If I had stayed there myself, I would have been fabulously happy! Hot chocolate was available all day! And super great staff! Talking with the staff was stress relieving for me. I haven't got my deposit back but they probably need it to cover some of the maintenance guy's therapy. I'm sure he needs it after what he went through! If those guys can take care of my Tweedles, they can take care of anyone! 10 out of 10 would recommend! "
