"This place really felt like a blessing the staff really was attentive and so kind. We had a bit of a mix up on my end and they took care of us swiftly and they DID NOT have to it was my mistake but God is good and they were in his will. Customer service is always the major factor for me. Paulina in activities fixed my best friends bracelet out of the kindness in her heart. Stephanie in the Italian restaurant was soooo sweet and really paid attention to us. The Italian and Seafood restaurant were the best the Mexican was average. The buffet is either a hit or miss, they even ask you what your allergies are which is very considerate. Our room was always kept clean and the amenities were amazing. The beach is small and quaint but for me it was just what we needed on our getaway not too crowded and didn’t have to reserve a chair like others mentioned it was an off season so maybe in the summer. They always have events every night so try to get a room on a higher floor if noise bothers you ,however festivities usually end around 10 PM which is more than reasonable. There was activities for kids daily as well so it really is family oriented so I may bring my son back here. I honestly had the best time for my first time visiting Cancún and I would come back to this resort because they exceeded expectations.
