"Shelly and Doug were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We were late arriving and it was not an issue with them. The property backs onto the park and Doug was happy to guide us to the beginning of the track and point out what we could look out for. Food was locally sourced and delicious. "

"Fantastic location with everything you need within the cottage. Close to town, easy to get out on the road to visit a variety of local wineries & other iconic areas. Fantastic choices of restaurants in town. Would definitely look at visiting again as this was my first time in Stanthorpe. "

"A beautifully located home with smoke space and comfortable gathering places got all ages. Comfortably warm on a winters weekend. At the foothills of Mount Marlay and walking distance to town...yet felt like we were isolated from others as it was such a quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtfully renovated and will be beautiful when kitchen gets a freshen up.We enjoyed the games room, speakers thoughtfully placed for music and the ambience that night time brought with a backyard fire pit. The host was excellent at responding and staying in touch."

"From the moment we opened the door to be greeted by peaceful music playing, fresh oil diffuser going and as it was our 28th wedding anniversary on the table were chocolates and light up numbers 28, an extra special touch to an allready amazing entrance. It was the most perfect long weekend away. We drove very short distances to lovely bush walks daily, then got to come home and soak in the spectacular tub drinking wine, while watching the wildlife right outside our window. "

"LOVED our 2 day stay at Honeysuckle Cottages. We were late arriving, Emma the owner text me to let me know where she would leave the key and where the cottage was situated. The fire place was stocked and ready to be lit on our arrival. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast basket was a beautiful addition. It was so quiet, no road noise you could hear the birds chirping which is lovely when you are in the country. Will definitely stay there again."

"Property was perfect for our dog friendly holiday. The home very comfortable, clean, well maintained . Lovely to sit near the fire on the cold Stanthorpe nights.The yard was great for the dogs to run free. Plenty places to sit and relax on the wrap around veranda on by the fire pit. "
