"Brand new clean functional and very comfortable room. Spacious comfortable public areas in hotel. Excellent healthy breakfast. Very friendly welcoming manager. I enjoyed a nightly supper in the restaurant- - food was excellent and reasonably priced. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the slopes with bus stop 1 minute from the hotel. The slopes are walkable - - probably 8-10 minutes but I preferred the shuttle bus given my age. The skiing at Crans-Montana was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay....

"Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! "

"Although this rental was not for myself, I arranged this stay for friends of ours. Communication with the host was very easy and always fast with a very helpful tone. The family staying there comprised all ages. Whilst the chalet is certainly of a high standard, it was not suitable for families with younger kids. "This was a lovely place to stay! A bit outside the main area of Crans Montana but right by a bus stop. Everything about this place was easy and wonderful and comfortable. Patrick and Lidia were very responsive and clear even with some of my dumb questions. I sincerely hope to make it back exactly here someday!!"
