Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Poor property management

The owner of this property canceled on me at 10:30pm the night before my family came in to visit. I had to scramble in less than 24 hours to find another place for my family to stay. I am grateful for the full refund I received. Communication needs more than three days in advance with the property manager. Thank you.
