"A nice hotel in the heart of Amman. I stayed there twice in a two week period. The downstairs staff was very helpful, I even got a haircut in the barber shop in the lobby, very nice guy. The hotel is relatively new, the room was a decent size, it was relatively clean. I had room service a few times, the food was very good, and the service quick. My only quibbles were the housekeeping was a little tardy, they forgot to clean my room one day and the other day really late, almost evening...
