The location is perfect, two minutes walk to the beautiful streets of Fira.
The rooms are nice, breakfast quality and service are super.
Some of the staff is lacking customer service skills, got into ridiculous arguments with us.
Pool towels policy changed while we were there. They did not allow to bring snacks and drinks to the pool area, and insisted that we were informed, which we were not.
The jacuzzi water was cold.
The manager of the place is very kind and does his best to assist.

Wonderful!
From A-Z this property is very well maintained and the service is warm and friendly.
Strongly suggest not to come here with children since the vibe is amazing and kids will only destroy it plus thisxis not really a hotel for young kids. 15 and older sounds ok to me.
Very accommodating staff.
Astonishing views far away from everything.

The room with the private pool was amazing. It was so relaxing the views, the cleanliness, and the helpful staff made this trip amazing. The bathroom and shower were the coolest part. The bed was extremely comfortable with charging ports and lights attached to the headrest for easy access. Aphrodite was amazing and helped coordinate rides for us around Santorini and to and from the airport, booked deep tissue massages, and show us around the resort!

Great hotel overall. nice vibe, good location, and we really enjoyed our time here. Only thing we noticed was that the bathroom had a smell from the moment we walked in. I think the place might run on a septic system. We didn’t want to bother reception or let it affect our vacation, so we just left it alone. Other than that, everything was smooth and comfortable.
