I paid for delux room and they provided me semi de
The room is stinking with smoke smell for both of the days. We asked them to spray room freshners & they did but nothing works. There was no electric kettle and itternaries as shown in the picture while booking. There was no good food available and the buffet staff behaviour was not good on the first day. They are feeling forced to serve us . And the major point is i have booked delux room,and my invoice also shows the deluxe room But they provided me semi delux room.
