The beds (we had twin beds) and pillows were very comfortable. The soaps, towels, tea, coffee, etc were all there and satisfactory. We took the option of not using room service and were given a complementary drink each day. The breakfast is also complementary. The hotel had hundreds of guests and the breakfast staff worked very hard. There was a good breakfast choice. The hotel is very convenient for transport links with Bijlmer Arena A stadium 100m away, with rail connection to the airport and Metro to the city cente.

Nice clean hotel. Superb for Biljner Arena trains. Clean foyer, nice staff. Room was larger than expected and very well equipped with extras. Breakfast was excellent, cooked and continental. Excellent location and hotel standards.

The room given to me had sewage problems. Shower water and sink water would not drain. On first day asked staff for some herbal night tea and said they didn’t have. Sheets didn’t get changed and tea coffee not topped and had to ask for it. Breakfast choices was good but if you’re staying for longer gets boring as it’s the same every day. Staff ignored on two occasions and very rude specially the girl named ‘Selina’. Making phone calls when I am standing right in front of her to ask something but simply ignored me whilst dialling and no courtesy at all. Till another staff from end of counter came to ask if we needed anything. Selina was absolutely rude

The hotel offered great value and was just 20mins from central Amsterdam with very easy access from the Arena station. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The only issue was the lack of space at breakfast - too many people queuing for the 2 coffee machines and 2 waffle machines. The breakfast itself had a good selection, but the queues made it into a bit of a chore...
