The temperature inside the bathroom was freezing cold there is barely enough heat for the room and like i mentioned bathroom was freezing cold you could not stand inside there for more than 5 minutes

Nice modern property with friendly staff. Room was tiny albeit as advertised. Our room was a bit noisy too with a window which opened onto a street which appeared to be a thoroughfare from town. Conveniently located not far from tourist area and railway station an easy walk away.

Good position near Central Station
Very friendly check in. Room was spacious with three beds, a chair, desk and cupboard for gear, kettle and cups. window opens. No shower gel or shampoo supplied only three hair conditioners. Shower pressure adequate and very hot water. No shelf to put cake of soap provided. Room was tired - paint work was very marked. Excellent position to walk from Central station. Has small modern elevator. Breakfast was well catered with good selection of bread, cakes, meats, cheese, cereal and fruit. Coffee machine and fruit juices. No hot options apart from boiled eggs which were nice.

Avoid staying here! Dirty sheets and overall dirty stay. Great location but that’s about it. Pretty positive there were bed bugs at this place. Upon arrival there were lots of stains on our sheets and we asked staff for new ones - they changed them to new sheets but these also had stains and just flipped them over. Breakfast is absolutely not worth the extra fee - just go somewhere else.

Location is prime, front desk service was amazing!!! I would definitely stay there again if in Amsterdam. Only small negative is the walls are a bit thin, but not insultingly so.
