Our family of 4 recently stayed here during our visit to Amsterdam and it was absolutely perfect! Agnes was an AMAZING hostess and the apartment was even better than we had imagined - wonderful location for everything we wanted to do and very comfy to return to after a long day. The bedrooms being downstairs was especially nice and quiet. We already want to plan our return and stay here again!

Beautiful appt in a great location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by for a quick meal. There is a good selection from Dutch to Italian to even McDonalds. There are also grocery stories a few blocks away if you want to eat in. The host was extremely helpful with tips and helping us book a taxi. The rooms are in the basement so you don’t hear any street noise from near by bars. The stairs are abit steep as they are in all Amsterdam homes so this wouldn’t be well suited for someone with mobility issues. We would highly recommend!!!! 10/10! Don’t miss out on this gem!

Excellent spot for 2 br flat

Very very nice accommodation! The location is great for the big museums and tram to city center is at the end of the block. The area is tourist central and I would guess v lively in summer Beds below grade meant dead quiet for sleep quality. The only negative is the stairs. Very Dutch; very tight spiral with small treads. Not suitable if at all mobility challenged. Bit hard with large heavy baggage. Kitchen was v convenient. W/D worked well Host is A++.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Our stay at the apartment was perfect! We're a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, super quiet (half a block away from a bustling tourist area, so we were worried about this), and the property manager/communication was impeccable.

This apartment was fantastic in its own right, and Kathy the owner was fantastic with her recommendations and communication. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet, the bathroom has a spacious shower and there's a water closet on the main level. Very clean, modern decor and so close to great restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again when visiting Amsterdam!

You will not be disappointed!!

I cannot recommend this property enough it has every bit of equipment you will need for your holiday and every single piece of it is top quality. Great beds with comfy duvets and a/c throughout. I really liked the bedrooms being underground as you wouldn't know you were in a central location. The only thing i would of liked was a slightly larger tv in the main lounge but that is just my personal preference.

Host Sander and Agnes was very attentive and so very helpful even before we arrived. So very helpfull with handling the luggage. We felt welcome, at the very moment we arrived as the host kindly lhad filled th fridge with some wine, beers and soda. The apartment itself - modern and comfortable - was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed at all for our stay - a family of 4. Great host, beautiful apartment, nice location

To begin, Leidse Square 5 Star Luxury Apartment is absolutely ideal…such a great space in the city...and so clean! So much to do and see right outside your door! We were able to walk the city of Amsterdam on a daily basis with no trouble, and if walking isn’t your thing, the tram Is less than a block away. The apartment is efficiently equipped…and personally, the espresso maker was a delightful highlight. The apartment is also child-friendly, with a gate that goes across the stairwell, as well as a very functional & comfortable crib, (Our 2-year-old was very pleased). The bedrooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well-equipped. We also loved the living room, especially the windows that face the street. There is a good amount of action, but not so much that it gets too loud. Seriously…you are right in the middle of the best in the city, and it still felt like home! To say that the apartment pleased my family would be an understatement…but, to be honest, the real prize of this property is the host. Sander is a true gentleman and an incredible host in a place that was absolutely foreign to us. He was always so helpful and had our best interests in mind. We are forever grateful to Sander for his hospitality. I will say that when it comes to our future travels in Amsterdam…there is no other place we would even consider staying. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY! Highest recommendation possible…5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!

Zeer mooi appartement in het hartje van Amsterdam. Vriendelijke eigenaars die op voorhand alle info doorsturen zodat je makkelijk zelf kan inchecken. Het appartement zelf is comfortabel ingericht en beschikt naast zeer goed bedden over alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen! Kortom ideaal om voor een citytrip in Amsterdam!!

Very convenient location - a stone's throw from Leidsplein, where there are a lot of clubs and restaurants. At the same time, on the other side, there is a canal nearby, ideal for relaxing walks with excellent views. Two identical bedrooms - convenient for two families. Clean, appliances and furniture in excellent condition. The owner is always in touch, is nearby, instantly solves all issues.
