Terrible staff and service. Severely overpriced property that doesn’t deliver, inconsiderate staff, several lapses in basic service - these folks don’t care for their customers - it’s all about the money. We spent more than double compared to any other hotel in Amsterdam, and it was a big mistake. Don’t make the same mistake we did. This hotel is not worth it at all!, even if it was priced half of its current crazy high price.

The turndown service with my selected scent sprayed around the room and bed before I went to sleep. 4. Free bottles of water each day. Most premium hotel don't do that anymore. 5. Getting the door for me evert time. 6. Researching local pharmacies to find contact lens cleaning solution for my specialized contact lens.

This is a fantastic hotel for those who are not budget conscious. Everything is firstip rate from the moment you enter the building until you leave it. This is a hotel that you’re sad to leave when your trip is over
