"O serviço de limpeza do quarto foi péssimo. Após a primeira noite, solicitamos a limpeza do quarto pela manhã e só foram nos atender por volta das 19h, após 3 pedidos. E foi uma limpeza muito mal feita, apenas arrumaram as camas e trocaram o tapete do banheiro e toalhas.
