They have a centralized AC/Air unit, making it impossible to adjust your room temperature. Room and bathroom with spicer webs and dirt.

First of all the hotel looks nice from the outside that the middle ground looks nice. We were expecting to get a great room, but the room is dirty outdated and run down. Please do not stay here. Any other review is probably false. The staff is nice, housing keeping is poor didn’t clean well at all!! The breakfast was nice a and parking was free.

The room is spacious, and I have all the essentials like an iron, microwave, coffee maker, and hair dryer. It was cleaned daily, which was great. The breakfast had the same menu each day, but it was tasty! I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks.

Very nice hotel. We had a few hiccups with loud children in the pool area. And only 1 elevator working. Everything else was nice. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well.

Staff member the night we checked in was extremely rude to us, gave us the keycard and didn’t give us any directions! The noise was so terrible you could hear everything going on to the point I could not get any sleep! Our beds were not properly made, had to ask for bathroom towels everyday took 2 hours for them to bring to us! All I could smell was marijuana from the room next door felt super unsafe! Do yourself a favour and don’t book here if you have family and kids!
