The staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast staff was exceptional. Parking is exceptional, they’re getting in late can be difficult to find a parking space. Close to park and very family friendly.

We were pleasantly surpised with this hotel. Anthony at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and greeted us every time he saw us during our stay. Our room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast at the hotel cafe was reasonably priced and delicious. The service was excellent. We were able to park our vehicle in the basement garage and walk to Disneyland. We also walked to Garden Walk of Anaheim for dinner both nights of our stay. For convenience and excellent service from all staff, we would stay again.

Parking garage was tight but manageable. The Front door privacy latch (metal door attachment) was barely hanging on. Anyone can bust the door open. Luckily, nothing like that happened. 5 stars because Housekeeping was excellent with extra towels & changed bedding. Also, the Staff was professional & kind.

Great location for access to the theme parks. We had exceptional customer service at the front desk. I do think the hotel is a bit weathered but still comfortable and cute!
