We loved this hotel! The proximity to the park was ideal! The staff was beyond amazing. The rooms were well decorated and clean! Housekeeping was amazing. We loved the heated pool and splash area! The shop was full of awesome food and beverage items, Disney goodies, and really anything you might need. The only thing that would make it better is a breakfast option!

Stayed here for six nights and left the simple walk to Disneyland, the shaded pool and fun splash park for the kids. On previous trips, we had stayed at another hotel that has become less clean, less friendly, and overall disappointing. Very impressed with our experience here at the Howard Johnson. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and relaxed, we would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great and helpful. Location was great for walking to Disneyland. Lots of food options close by. The rooms are a little bit dated and we had some noise from the freeway, but not bad. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

It was a quick walk to the park, and right beside Mimi’s Cafe which had lots of options for everyone to choose from. The convenience store had everything we needed and our rooms were great. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the option for the pool and the big, colorful Christmas tree when we stay in November. Avelina (I think was her name) when checking in, was such a nice, friendly person to encounter after being in traffic for four hours. We love staying at HoJo because of the ease to walk to many food locations/Disneyland.

We’ve always stayed at the Howard Johnson when visiting Disneyland over the years. This was our first visit since the before covid. Much is the same (great staff when we checked in). We know it’s a budget hotel at a great location, however, some things were a bit disappointing; showers were quite cold, rooms were not made during a 2 night stay (we were unaware that they only clean rooms every 2-3 days so we found it surprising).

Rachel at the front was AMAZING. Kind and helpful as well as pleasant. Loved everything about this hotel. Maintenance toured while we were at the pool ensuring all was clean, gardens weeded, and safety protocols in place. Overall safe area, affordable, convenient. Can’t say enough good things!!

Another great stay at HoJo! Our go-to hotel for visiting Disneyland. Just know that bldg.s 3-6 are older and not as updated as the other two buildings. They are clean and comfy, and the savings mean it saves us money.
