"We spent a week here and it was great. Close to many great beaches and sights. House is very comfortable and inviting. Ron was a great host, a fan wasnt working and he fixed it very quickly. Highly reccomend this rental we really enjoyed our stay."

"This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai "

"Loved our stay! We enjoyed the area and bird watching on the back patio. Unfortunately when we were there the golf course was closed and heavy equipment was brought in to renovate the course. Despite that we still loved the view and sunsets. Good space for 4 adults. Meg is very responsive and a great host. No big issues. My family would definitely rent this place again. "

"This house was amazing outside and in! Brand new kitchen and upstairs bathroom were beautiful. The views from the back deck are unimaginable. Great communication with the owner and so helpful with recommendations. Location was great for all things on the north side. Loved it and hope to come back!"

"Short walk to town and the beach, just have to walk in the grass a bit as road shoulder is narrow in some areas. House is set back from the road a bit, so no road noise issues (and low speed limit in any case). Nice fenced in yard that was great for our toddler. Clean and well furnished. "Trip was magical. House was right on the water, there were rip tides, so no swimming there. Would have been really nice to have more chairs on the porch facing ocean, so you could have morning coffee or evening cocktails. The porch off the kitchen only had a bench. "We absolutely loved staying at Auntie Lydia's Ohana. The home itself is simple and laid out really well - it felt so comfortable and easy to be in for our family of 4. The location itself is a five (or less?) minute walk from a stunning beach - one of us loved running on beach in morning, then taking an outdoor shower when he returned! We also rented bikes so we could easily cruise to town. It was all exceptional, we had an amazing time and hope to return again some day. Thank you! "

"We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing."
