I didn't like that the jacuzzi was not working, it would have been nice to know that in advance, there are no other bathtubs in the unit. Or leave a dirty coffee cup in the room (a $25 charge). It seems like if they’re concerned about the towels getting dirty then they should leave make up remover sheets &/or beach towels in the room. And also a way to dry the dishes one gets “dirty.” "
