"Arrived at Black Stone Villa after a week long catamaran trip through the Greek Isles. Such a beautiful place to relax, take an hot shower and take in the beauty of the sea. A very modern cool house with indoor pool and great patios. Kitchen was so modern w/ a great space to prepare meals. The elevator was great to have too. Everyone involved with Bill & John Properties were so helpful in arranging all our needs. Thanks for everything!"

"The property is close to many beaches and many restaurants and shops. But, you will need a car. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is powerful! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of facilities in the property and it is well equipped. The broadband is excellent, which meant I could work when needed. That said, the mobile phone signal is very patchy, you will need WhatsApp or something similar."

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"Excellent location close to Acropolis but just outside tourist zone. Near neighborhood shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Both hosts Yannis and Tolis were helpful with everything and we used their excellent van service for transportation and a day trip out of Athens to a wonderful beach and Greek temple."

We had a little trouble finding and gaining access to the property, but I should have reached out to the manager before we arrived to get details. "We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for your stay including a fantastic pool. The location is great as it's close to a variety of great beaches and Athens. Also close are a large shopping mall and a water park. Katerina was a lovely host and helped us with transfers from/to the airport, food shopping and advice on getting around. We had free use of her car and she even baked us cakes! Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday."

"Great location - 15/20 minute walk to acropolis entrance, markets, restaurants etc. A few minutes walk to the Acropolis museum and loads of restaurants nearby. Felt safe walking at night. Staff lovely. Room spacious, clean and well equipped, bathroom small but sparklingly clean with large shower and plenty of hot water. Balcony, but not big enough to sit on. As there are some bars on the street below could be noisy, but earplugs did the trick and the noise wasn’t too bad……. Or too late. Slept...

"Peri's Hotel is comfortable place to stay. The owner, Theodore, is an old-world proprietor whose warmth and charm make for a very relaxing stay. The room was ample and provided the basic amenities. Breakfast is included in the price. But the best part (other than the low price) was that transportation from and to the airport was provided by Theodore himself. Additionally, Theodore directed us to a very nice restaurant which delivers you to and from Peri's Hotel. All in all, this is a 3.5 star...
