"The 5* hotel experience was amazing. Staff were very friendly and catered to our every need from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Upon arrival we were offered cool towels to clean our hands, and lovely welcome drinks. The hotel has different dining options, all of the restaurants, offered 5* service with the staff catering to our needs, the staff were very approachable and came to ask if everything was ok and were quick to provide us with anything we asked for. Almost all of the food was very nice and full of flavour, cooked to perfection. The water sports were really fun and the staff organising it were very friendly and encouraging. The staff always put safety first. Thank you Gordon and team for encouraging me to participate and making my husband and I have an excellent experience with the water sports. As most of the rooms are up steep hills, the shuttle service was an excellent idea and always quiet prompt. The Hotel beach was very clean snd well catered for also offering an all inclusive service by bringing drinks to you at your sun lounger. The Spa was also very nice. I received a lovely massage and the facilities were very clean. During our stay we had an issue with our room and this was immediately resolved, by upgrading us to a better room with a better view. Overall we had a wonderful time at the Windjammer resort and would love to visit again. "

"First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional! We were greeted with a glass of rum punch as we stepped out of our airport shuttle and that just set the tone for rest of our week. (Btw, only about 5 minutes from the airport but you are not innundated with air traffic) Our concierage rep Dania was outstanding from the moment we got there. She gave us a full property tour and personally escorted us to our room. She even arranged a birthday dinner for me without being asked. Special shout outs to Tiffany G at the adventure desk. She gave great advice as we chose which excursions to take. Solange at the dinner reservation escorted me around ensuring our "Perfect Night" reservation was taken care of.(fellas if you are celebrating a big anniversary, 25 for us, this is a great way to celebrate your wife) Melika our housekeeper was top notch even we didnt need service. Esther was excellent with evening turndown. Both ladies always left special notes that made it more personal. Finally, Bradley, our private waiter with "Perfect Night" was amazing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dinner. He also, gave the right amount of privacy for us to celebrate each other. Finally, Jason(I know he isn't employed by the hotel but is still deserving of recognition) our driver for the couples escapade adventure was great. His knowledge of the area and ability to answer all the questions I threw at him about the island made the excursion perfect. "

"I loved my stay here! The staff were all so nice and the location was beautiful! Having a private cove, the beach bar and a hammock on the front porch was nice! I highly recommend for honeymooners or anniversaries for it's romantic vibe! I stayed solo though and had a great time. I will definitely return! 🙏"
