Enjoy sitting in this space and visiting with your loved ones in the nearby dining room and kitchen. The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dishwasher. Whip up that new recipe you've been meaning to try out and serve it at the large, formal dining table or at the adjacent breakfast bar, while peeking outside at the soft falling snow on the patio.

Each bedroom is bright and welcoming. In the primary bedroom, enjoy private access to a balcony that boasts gorgeous mountain views. For your added convenience, appreciate access to a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a blinking door bell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
